SELLING This is a nice position to be in. You are close to the pretty market town of Faversham, near enough to Canterbury for special shopping, and also handy for the sea. The countryside starts to roll south-east of Faversham, and at Perry Wood there is a huge area of unspoilt accessible woodland. The Pulpit, a wooden structure built on the highest point of a mound, offers panoramic views over Kent.
