Warnham
WARNHAM A sign warning that deer may cross the road is the first thing you see as you approach Warnham and its deer park. The old farming community has now been largely replaced by commuters to Guildford, London and Horsham, who are attracted by the green, pubs and old houses. Prices are lower than in Cranleigh. A small semi in need of modernisation might sell for £250,000. Larger detached houses start at around £450,000 and rise to over £1m.
